We believe in treating people the way we’d like to be treated, and we strive to apply that philosophy in every area of ISR, including our store. You can expect any concerns, needs, or questions to be handled by an ISR Staff member in a expeditious, courteous, and generally enjoyable manner. Of course, with any store, especially where shipping is involved, there are a few policies in place to make sure we can keep costs down and maintain a fun and fair atmosphere. We included the most frequently referred to policies here, but we’re aware of the fact that sometimes there’s extenuating circumstances on both sides of any transaction...so if that’s the case, just ask.
Purchase the incorrect item by accident? We’ll be happy to exchange the item provided:
(a) you assume the cost of shipping the return (this is how we keep our shipping costs reasonable for all of our customers
(b) you complete an exchange request form including your full name, order number, and reason for exchanging your purchase
(c) the item is returned to us in new, unused condition within 30 days of your original purchase
